FNM Booster Draft: Foundations
- Each player receives 3 Play booster packs to draft.
- Players build decks from their drafted card pools.
- 4-8 player drafting pods
- We have seating for 30+ players! Preregistration is not needed for these events.
Format Booster Draft
- 40 Card Deck (minimum)–Land provided
- Players can only use cards from their draft pool to construct their decks.
Structure: Swiss Round Points System
- 3-Swiss Rounds
- 50 Minutes per round
- Best of 3 games each round
- Points per round:
- Win = 3 points
- Tie = 1 point
- Lose = zero points
Time: 6:00pm to 10:00pm Please arrive 10 minutes early to register or check-in for online registrants.
Entry: $15.00 per player
EVENT REGISTRATION:
- Please have a registered WOTC account completed, before arriving for the event.
- The Companion App downloaded to your smart device, before arriving for the event.
- Please check-in at front counter upon arrival and have your app and smart-device updated and charged.
- Event codes will be provided at front counter of each event.
PRIZES: *$3.00 store credit per player entry is added to a prize pool for each pod and distributed as follows:
- 8 Player Pods:
- 1st– 50% Prize Pool + 1 Foil Promo Pack & 1 Promo Pack
- 2nd– 25% Prize Pool + 1 Foil Promo Pack
- 3rd– 12.5% Prize Pool + 1 Promo Pack
- 4th– 12.5% Prize Pool + 1 Promo Pack
- 5th thru 8th: 1 Promo Pack each.
- 6-7 Player Pods:
- 1st – 60% Prize Pool + 1 Foil Promo Pack & 1 Promo Pack
- 2nd – 40% Prize Pool + 1 Promo Pack
- 3rd down: 1 promo pack each.
- 4-5 Players Pods:
- 1st- 100% of Prize Pool + 1 Foil Promo Pack & 1 Promo Pack
- 2nd down: 1 promo pack each.
